Reflect:
Seeking the Lord isn't passive — it moves us to actively pursue what He calls good and flee what He calls evil. This week's challenge is simple but not easy: set aside time to specifically confess your sins to God, without excusing, minimizing, or generalizing them. Not "I struggle with sin in general," but naming what is actually true. God's promise stands: "I will pass through your midst" (Amos 5:17b). He draws near to the repentant heart. And ultimately, our hope for this kind of transformed life rests not in our own effort but in Jesus Christ, who died and rose again so that we could be made right with God — justified by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
