The ABC's of Faith

In Galatians 3 we are reminded that to "rely on works of the law" isn't a path to righteousness, but to be cursed. This is because there was no way for us to completely obey all the things written in the Book of the Law. Moreover, "the righteous live by faith" anyway! Though we were once required to obey all the law, Jesus saved us from that curse by becoming a curse for us. As we face difficult times, shut in our homes, maybe facing loss of work, maybe even getting sick ourselves, let us remember that we are no longer cursed! As Jesus hung on the cross, he took our curse upon himself.
